Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

Screenlings paid products are digital content licences. Approved launch prices are shown in US dollars. No paid offer is available until the tested checkout is deliberately opened.

Delivery and compatibility

Delivery is electronic through a receipt and licence key. Paid content may require a compatible Firefox or Chrome desktop browser, an authorized Screenlings release, and a brief user-triggered Internet connection for activation.

Lifetime unlock

Unless checkout states otherwise, lifetime unlock means use for the commercial life of the compatible Screenlings product and authorized releases. It is not the buyer’s lifetime or a promise of perpetual browser, store, hosting, feature, or update support.

Refund rule

Screenlings will refund an accidental duplicate or a purchase that cannot be activated or used as described after reasonable support attempts when requested within 14 days. A successfully activated digital product is otherwise non-refundable for change of mind to the extent permitted by law.

Checkout acceptance

Before sale, checkout must require an unticked acceptance of the effective EULA and these terms and record the accepted versions, order, time, and evidence. A real activation and refund-path test must pass before James approves public sales.
